During her career, Pam Maclean has:

• Designed, built and operated the centre named as Queensland Small Business of the Year (2006) and named in the Prime Minister’s Top 3 Small Businesses in Australia (2006). This was the first child care facility to achieve these honours
• Worked as a QIAS Validator, across all states for 12 years
• Presented workshops at major child care conferences
• Lectured at university & TAFE
• Delivered peak body sponsored EYLF training across several states
• Contributed articles to many industry publications and journals
• Spent many years working at all levels of centre operations
